I often write from a paradigm for church ministry, leadership and organization that came about while reading military special operations history. The Special Forces Group is my parable for understanding why I, and so many others, can't seem to find a fit in the "conventional" church structure, and it has become a nonprofit organization devoted to helping other Christians and ministries find ways of frutiful service. I am not using the term "Special Forces" to describe myself (or anyone else) as some elite, super-Christian. The heart of all of this is practical service and finding ways to match passion with the needs of other people. This is also my journal site, where I write about daily experiences, discoveries, stories, struggles and so on.
